We were in the eastern part with the Alhambra as the highlight. First night accomodation is also pre-booked. It comes alive around 5 pm. after the siesta and remains busy until 10 pm. Bars and restaurants even longer into the night.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":4412} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"http:\/\/ktdtravel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/0009-Malaga-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4412\" srcset=\"http:\/\/ktdtravel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/0009-Malaga-1024x683.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/ktdtravel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/0009-Malaga-300x200.jpg 300w, http:\/\/ktdtravel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/0009-Malaga-768x512.jpg 768w, http:\/\/ktdtravel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/0009-Malaga-1200x800.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Catedral de M\u00e1laga, built on the ground of a former Moorish mosque since 1528 A.D. and still uncompleted up to date. It has led to the cathedral being called &#8220;La Manquita&#8221;, meaning &#8220;The One-Armed Lady&#8221; as the south tower ramains unfinished.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Shortly before exhaustion we finally find a table for the first meal of the day on Plaza del Obispo. Not haute cuisine but the meal is reasonable and particularly the backdrop around is just perfect to end the tiring arrival day.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":4413} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"http:\/\/ktdtravel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/0010-Malaga-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4413\" srcset=\"http:\/\/ktdtravel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/0010-Malaga-1024x683.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/ktdtravel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/0010-Malaga-300x200.jpg 300w, http:\/\/ktdtravel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/0010-Malaga-768x512.jpg 768w, http:\/\/ktdtravel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/0010-Malaga-1200x800.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Jam\u00f3n serrano, a Spanish delicacy, a dry-cured ham (jam\u00f3n) from the sierra (serrano).
